All-Beef Smoked Bratwurst with Cheese

This is our traditional smoked brat with delicious small-diced cheddar cheese added into the mix. It's the perfect addition and has quickly become a farm favorite! Each vacuum sealed package contains 1 pound of brats. Ingredients: Beef, pasteurized cheddar cheese, water, cream, sodium phosphates, salt, vegetable color, powdered cellulose (to prevent caking), potassium sorbate and natamycin, non fat dry milk, contains 2% or less of the following: salt, spices, sugar, granulated garlic, granulated onion, cultured celery powder. Packed in hog casings.
