Bianchi Eros

Beautiful, practical, steel bike. This Bianchi Eros embodies all of that. It's a lugged steel frame made in Italy and comes equipped with a Campagnolo groupset. It has great gearing for really any type of riding. The frame has great tire clearance for a road bike. It is currently running a 32. This is the largest tire that will fit with these brake calipers. The rear tire is very close to rubbing on the brake. The frame has more clearance, but the calipers would need to be swapped. This bike is in good condition, but shows sign of use. The paint is in pretty good shape, but here are some chips and scratches. New bar tape, tires, and rear shift cable have been installed. It was given a deep clean and the chain was ultrasonic cleaned. It shifts through all gears easily and quietly. The bolts in the rear dropouts are screwed all the way in to make sure the tire fits. It looks like the rear wheel isn't seated fully in the dropouts from the photos, but there is plenty of contact. If you are unsure about this, a smaller tire can be installed or a brake caliper with more clearance. No dents or cracks in the frame! It does appear the bike was in a front end collision at some point in its life. You can tell from the paint that has chipped on the backside of the headtube. It wasn't a big collision, and there is no crinkle in the top or down tube. If you have any questions, please reach out.
