Bird Dog First Aid Seminar

Join Dr. Clairissa Maples and team for an informative Bird Dog First Aid seminar focused on recognizing and responding to common hunting and field emergencies. Topics will include porcupine encounters, gunshot and trauma response, laceration management, heat stroke, hypoglycemia, and other real-world situations every bird dog owner should be prepared to handle. Whether you run hunt tests, guide, or spend weekends in the field, this event will provide practical knowledge and hands-on tips to help keep your dog safe. The event is hosted at the PEAK Business Incubator in Guthrie, OK located behind the Meridian Technology Center. Please park on the west side of the parking lot and follow signage to enter the building. Check in begins at 9:00AM. Lecture will start at 9:30AM and conclude around 12PM. A brief break will take place midway through the presentation. Lunch is included in registration and will be provided after lecture. Following lunch, attendees will separate into small groups to rotate through hands on training with Dr. Maples and the Paradigm Sporting Dog team members.
