Gerard Bakery Fully Baked Cinnamon Bun

A traditional favourite made from soft, butterydough that is rolled out and spread with amixture of cinnamon and sugar. The dough is cut into pieces and each piece is hand-rolled into a bun before being baked, resulting in a sweet, tender treat with a warm cinnamon flavour.
