Certificate in Applied Youth Athletic Development (Limerick GAA)

On completion of the course, the student will be able to: Describe key concepts and considerations that pertain to Youth Athletic Development Understand the non-linear and variable trajectories of biological maturation in childhood and adolescence. Assess and coach rudimentary and fundamental movement skills and basic motor skills. Design and implement effective and appropriate athletic development programmes for the child and youth athlete.
