Proud Mary have been connected with coffee producers in Honduras since 2012, with the number of producers constantly increasing. Nahun was one of the first producers they started working with. Originally he only produced traditional varieties and produced with the washed method. Fast forward to today and Nahun is a processing master and a leader among the community, always sharing his knowledge. Natural processed coffees were not a thing in Las Flores and in 2016 Proud Mary and the Fernandez family did a small experiment to see what happened with the end results being something very delicious. This small experiment has revolutionised coffee production and Nahun's natural Parainema is becoming a mainstay on the Proud Mary menu!
