‘Lombok Croc Watch' 2025 Mixed media on canvas 115 x 90cm This piece was inspired by a trip to Lombok last year, where we’d heard about this really nice surf spot. When we got there, the water was bright turquoise, the waves looked fun and no one was out - just a couple of people at the beach warung. It felt like a dream. We got off the scooter to get a better look. The cafe owner walked over and told us a big crocodile had just been seen swimming through the lineup.
