This coffee comes to us through our longtime friend Emily McIntyre of Swift Coffee Sourcing. Many of our longtime customers may recognize Emily from her years at Catalyst Trade, where she helped us source some of the finest African coffees we've ever offered. This lot was produced by Dionisio Chinguel Peña, a respected member of the PAWQARA cooperative in Cajamarca, Peru. Founded by a group of women committed to strengthening their community through coffee, PAWQARA is building quality-focused infrastructure and creating new opportunities for producers throughout the region.
