Ear wax is an oily substance produced to protect the eardrum. The amount of wax produced varies from person to person but a build-up of earwax can lead to partial hearing loss. Cerumol Ear drops are used to gently soften and help remove war wax. How to Use Adults, elderly and children over 1 year: Wash and dry hands before use. Tilt head sideways with the affected ear facing upwards. Avoid touching the ear with the dropper. Using the dropper, place 5 drops of oil into the ear, then gently massage around the outside of the ear. Never insert the dropper or any solid object into the ear. You may experience a harmless tingling sensation as the liquid enters the ear. Allow a few minutes for the drops to reach the eardrum by keeping the head tilted then use a tissue to wipe away any surplus product that runs from the ear. Repeat in the other eat if required . Use the drops twice daily for three days. Children under 5 years: Younger children should have their ear wax problem diagnosed by the doctor before treatment with Cerumol Ear Drops commences. Treatment of young children (under 5 years) should be under medical supervision of the doctor or nurse. Ingredients Propylene Glycol Dicaprylocaprate, Butoxyl, Turpentine oil, Chlorocresol.
