Soft Almond rounded cookies - Facciuneddi

250 gr Ingredients: soft wholewheat flour (Majorca), almond flour ( 30%), brown sugar, lard, honey, eggs, raising agent for sweets, lemon peel and lemon juice. No matter what shape is given to the dough of these cookies, after a slow bake in the oven, they will all get the same shape. The old recipe, made up of simple, genuine and locally produced ingredients, makes these biscuits soft and a throw back to tradition.
