This open-level course is suitable for complete beginners and those with some experience. All you need is curiosity, a positive attitude, and maybe a bit of courage. We’ll build your handstand step by step through strength, balance, and control in a way that actually works for your body. Expect some wobbles, some laughs, and moments where it suddenly clicks. Come see what magic happens when you spend some time upside down. We recommend joining for the full course, but it is also possible to drop in using a monthly pass, clip card, or single class pass.
