Torq EVA Softboards are built like the Torq TET Epoxy boards but additionally equipped with a soft EVA foam deck and soft fins. So they offer very good performance but additional safety. Torq Soft surfboards continue the Torq revolution in epoxy surfboard technology. Torq Soft technology combines a lightweight EPS core with biaxial fiberglass, epoxy resin and an outer layer of extruded EVA foam on the deck and rails. EVA decks offer numerous advantages over PE decks. EVA (ethylene vinyl acetate) is more durable, non-slip and water-resistant than PE (polyethylene). It provides better grip, can be surfed without wax and retains its shape for a long time. PE decks, on the other hand, are softer and offer a more pleasant feel, but wear out more quickly. Skin irritation can occur due to the relatively rough or non-slip EVA decks. It may be advisable to wear a surf suit or rashvest. Torq's unique combination of advanced materials, high-tech construction and integrated Futures fin boxes creates a board that is both lightweight and exceptionally strong and durable. This ensures that your new Torq surfboard will have you stoked from the first wave to the last. 7'2'' x 22 1/2'' x 3'' Volume: 56 liters Recommended for body weight: 60-100kg Construction: Epoxy EPS Molding, EVA Soft Deck, Epoxy Hard Bottom, Soft Fins Scope of delivery: Board with 3 fins
