Free Range Chicken sausages with tarragon & thyme (quick frozen, unaged, grain free, 97% Chicken)

These are quick frozen, un-aged chicken sausages made from free range chickens which are raised outside on fresh grass. They are made of 97% minced free range chicken with 3% herbs, onions, garlic, salt and pepper. They contain no grain, rusk or gluten. These chicken sausages are frozen 3 days after the chickens are killed and packed. This will help to reduce the development of histamine in the meat and is helpful for people who are trying to reduce the histamine content of their diet. To minimise histamine development they should be kept frozen, thawed quickly and cooked immediately after thawing. When cooked the sausages should be eaten immediately- they should not be kept as a cooked food in the fridge as histamine will continue to develop in cooked meat unless frozen.
