Cast gold plated bronze with garnet set in pewter. also available as a pendant here Based on 2 seperate finds from Water Newton, Cambridgeshire and Sheriff Hutton, North Yorkshire found 200km apart but absolutely identical. The original artefacts give a fascinating glimpse into Viking age trade networks! Weight is made from a cast piece which has been stuck into a piece of pewter.
