The Tote shape was first created in 2018 for a special collaboration with Comme des Garçons, marking a departure from the traditional Portuguese basket shape while keeping its artisanal soul. Handwoven in Portugal from natural reed using their centuries-old basketry technique, and adorned with hand-embroidered sea shells crafted by the Colareiras of Galicia, it embodies a unique cultural dialogue between Portugal and Spain.
