Jajangmyeon is a Korean noodle dish with Black Bean Sauce. This dish was created due to popular demand by our beloved customers. We've taken the traditional recipe and made it plant-based to make it healthier and more delicious. Our plant-based Jajangmyeon uses black bean sauce “Chunjang” from Korea to keep the traditional taste. Seasoning it with some sweet and spicy from yummy chilli paste gives this Korean noodle dish a perfect balance. The sauce is stir-fried with udon noodles which nicely gives off a thick and chewy texture. The dish comes with tofu, zucchini, shiitake mushroom and cabbage and we make it even more fragrant with garlic onion and ginger Jajangmyeon is one of Korea's most-loved dishes.
