You will spend a full day with our founder and Managing Director, Chris Brett, inside our dedicated production space. Because this day is entirely free-form and driven by your unique goals, there is no rigid syllabus—just unrestricted "ask me anything" access to help you achieve exactly what you want to, whether that's perfecting a hobby or launching a brand. Your journey begins over a fresh batch brew as we audit your current knowledge, setup (if you have one yet), goals, and challenges. From there, we step onto the roastery floor to look at real production workflows, discuss green bean mechanics, and fire up the roasters for a completely hands-on deep dive. We will get hands-on with sample roasting and small-batch profiling on our electric Cormorant Roaster—the ultimate bridge for prosumers—before stepping up to talk through real-time roast curves, thermal dynamics, and commercial production cycles on our Roastmax 5kg roaster. The Commercial Sensory Lab & Cupping: Join Chris for a professional cupping session. Enjoy a guided exploration of the complex aromas associated with specialty coffee. Using our professional sensory kit, you’ll learn to identify specific notes—from citrus and floral to toasted nuts and cacao—sharpening your palate before we begin tasting a diverse range of coffees side-by-side.
