Quiet. Smooth. Precise. Red Sea’s new high-precision gate valve designed specifically for reef aquariums, ensuring a quiet, stable downflow in your system. It allows incremental, smooth adjustments to easily balance the water flowing down with the water that is being pumped up, keeping a constant water level in your downflow box. The ReefGate differs from standard gate valves in that it uses all plastic Reef-Safe parts. More importantly, each rotation of the ergonomic handwheel opens/closes the valve by only 1mm providing the small incremental adjustment needed for balancing the flows in an aquarium.
