Want to combine different product types into one unique creation? Perhaps you’d like to hide a mini melt and pour soap inside a bath bomb, reveal beautiful bath salts from within a bath bomb topped with bubble frosting, or decorate whipped soap creations with melt and pour embeds. Now you can! Please read the information below carefully and complete the required details to apply for this addendum. You may pair TWO or THREE assessments per addendum. CPSRs Eligible for This Addendum SLS Free Melt and Pour Soap (with Stephenson’s Base) Whipped Soap (with Stephenson’s Base) Bath Bombs Bath Truffles Bubble Bars Bath Salts Your two-three chosen assessments listed within this addendum may be used together to create combined products, where each individual product remains a separate component. Examples include bubble bar or melt and pour soap used as frosting or decoration on a bath bomb. Each assessment product must be made using the same fragrance as the product it is paired with, and ingredients from separate assessments must not be combined into a single formulation. This addendum can be used with either Fragrance Oil or Essential Oil CPSR versions. However, fragrance or essential oil blends must match across all combined products. For example, if a bath bomb is scented with lavender and lemon, the accompanying bubble bar frosting must either be unscented or also scented with lavender and lemon. If you need additional fragrances added to the CPSRs so that they match, use our fragrance oil addendum to add them. This addendum covers products that are: Sold together with another product Attached onto another product Contained within another product Examples include: A melt and pour soap embed inside a bath bomb or bubble bar A bath bomb made in two halves with bubble bar filling in the centre Bath salts contained within a bath bomb A bath bomb with bubble bar or melt and pour frosting Melt and Pour embeds on top of whipped soap Recipes must remain separate and should not be combined into one formulation. Product labels must clearly display separate ingredient information for each individual component. To use this addendum, the Responsible Person must already hold the relevant CPSRs for each product type they wish to combine. This addendum serves as an update to those existing CPSRs only. We aim to return completed CPSR updates within 24–48 hours (excluding weekends), although please allow up to 1 week during busy periods. Note: We can only add to an existing Revega assessment.
