Samphire 2024 - Foraged Series - 5% - 750ml Bottle

Samphire 2024 is the second beer using foraged samphire that we've made. This time we've gone bigger on the samphire addition, adding it whole rather than juiced and macerating for longer too. The super pale base beer brings white gooseberry and citrus funk that lends itself so well to the salinity of samphire. The depth and integration of the umami really harmonises the beer and it pairs perfectly with light, fresh dishes or can cut through richer food with its tannic structure and herbal salinity.
