Join artist Jerri Quiroz, from Jerri’s Calaveritas, in this one-day ceramic workshop, where students will sculpt, carve, and paint their very own Ollin wall hanging. The Ollin is a Mayan symbol of movement and change. Through guided, hands-on instruction, students will explore basic clay techniques as they bring their design to life, from forming the initial shape to adding intricate carved details and colorful finishes. This course is perfect for beginners and creatives of all levels looking to connect with clay. All materials are included. The studio will fire these pieces for you and let you know when they’re ready!
