Shou Mei (Longevity Eyebrow) - White Tea Squares

Longevity Eyebrow is created using some of the more robust leaves of the tea tree. Grown at high altitude in Fuding, Fujian this tea is beautifully mellow and sweet with a good floral and herbaceous character. The leaves are finished by steaming and pressing into fascinating 'biscuits' that are easy to break up and use. We recommend about half a biscuit per person. And don't forget to brew two or three times to fully appreciate all that this exceptional quality tea has to offer.
