Boonville Barn Olive Oil Boonville Barn Collective Olive Oil is made from olives harvested from the 500 olive trees on our family farm. The grove contains over 25 varieties of olives, including both Spanish and Italian types. The 2025 crop was harvested and milled on November 10 and 11, 2025 and produced 71 gallons of oil.
