Riddle associated with this image: Verde blanco y colorado, la bandera del soldado. *** Inspired by the scene in the Grey Gardens documentary when Little Edie does a patriotic dance, Lori made a pattern and then cut the upholstery vinyl with an Exacto blade. She then layered the vinyl, starting with a silhouette as a base and shadows, holding the top pieces in place and sewing them on with an industrial sewing machine to create this vinyl painting.
