Ideal For: • Worktops needing durable wooden preparation surfaces • Kitchens requiring coordinated natural wood serving essentials Care Instructions: Regularly reoil the board using a food grade mineral oil or vegetable oil. Leave the oil to soak in and protect the wood. The surface can become rough after washing as the wood fibres swell and expand. Gently sand the surface with 240 grit paper before re-oiling. Wood is a natural product, so movement and cracking may occur over time. Ensure the board is dry before storing. Do not place near direct heat. Strongly coloured foods may stain the board if they are left on it for a prolonged period.
