Introducing Our First Rack for the New 6th Gen 4Runner — The Redesigned Full-Length Roof Rack Lead time estimate four weeks We're excited to unveil our first product for the 6th Gen 4Runner: the all-new, redesigned full-length roof rack — tougher, quieter, and sleeker than ever. This updated design for the brand new 2025 4Runners features our rugged, CNC-cut, bent, and welded crossbars, paired with one-piece, 11-gauge 304 stainless steel side rails and our quietest wind fairing to date. Our new side rails sit one inch lower than our previous designs but retain our signature one piece, multi-bend construction for unmatched strength and rigidity. The main mounting feet are integrated into the side rails, while the front feet bolt on to apply upward pressure for a secure fit. Our crossbars include a center slot compatible with M8 bolts, T-nuts, or 3/8" bolts — and accessories can also be clamped directly around the bars for maximum flexibility. All crossbar hardware is stainless steel Grade 8 M8 button-head bolts with a durable black oxide finish. Installation is 100% bolt-on — no drilling required. The rack mounts using existing factory holes. Materials & Finish: Side Rails: 11-gauge 304 stainless steel, black powder-coated Crossbars: Choice of carbon steel or 304 stainless steel, both powder-coated Wind Fairing: Stainless steel with rubber edge trim, mounted on an aluminum crossbar Note: For added paint protection, we recommend applying a strip of 3M Paint Protection Film beneath the edge trim.
