If your normal suit size is 42 or above, I recommend going up 1 size. (example.. 46R jacket will come with a 40 waist for the pants). If this does not work, I recommend going a size up. The jacket and pants can always be tailored down if it's too big. There is room in the seams to let out about an inch if needed.
