Saurus Barrel Fermented Chardonnay- Caja x 6
This wine undergoes fermentation with indigenous yeasts in French oak barrels with a specially toasted interior. It is aged for 10-12 days in a temperature-controlled cave. The wine then undergoes malolactic fermentation in the same barrels and is aged on its lees for 9 months.
