It can be used comfortably indoors throughout the year. For outdoor use, suitability depends on the outside temperature, but it can generally be used from spring through autumn. How tall can I be to use this product comfortably? As a general guideline, it can be used comfortably by people up to approximately 180 cm in height. Is there a recommended temperature range for use? Yes. A comfortable temperature for use, whether indoors or outdoors, is around 13°C. When the outside temperature falls below 9°C to 4°C, prolonged use is not recommended. If used in such conditions, please wear appropriate cold-weather clothing to stay warm. Can I use it on hard floors such as flooring? Yes.
