Grade 6 Band - AIBF Edmonton

30 Minute performance time and 30 associated clinic session (maximum time including transition from performance to clinic of 60 minutes). Grade 6 (Professional) Description: The most challenging level, often played by professional or top-level college ensembles. It requires the highest level of technical ability, musicianship, and ensemble coordination. Music at this level is complex in all aspects, from rhythm to harmony to form. Typical Characteristics: Extreme technical demands, frequent tempo and meter changes, complex harmonies, and advanced use of orchestration and color. Minimum Performance Grade 6 Level
