King Salmon Box

King Salmon Box contains: All king salmon! Rich and decadent, and harvested by our family in July 2026. By Weight, King Salmon Boxes Contain: 100% King Salmon Portions. Portions are packed skin on, pin-bone in, vacuum sealed and will weigh between 6 - 11 oz, with the majority weighing around 8 oz.* Cuts will be a mixture of collar, center, and tail. *The goal is for majority 8 oz portions, but since they're wild fish cut by humans, there will be variance! If you have a preference (i.e. "I'm a small eater, I prefer smaller pieces!") you are welcome to leave us a note at checkout and we'll do our best to accommodate!
