Double distilled in pot still from blue weber agave. Distillery harnesses the force of gravity to aid production and is designed to substantially reduce the carbon footprint. French oak stills and finished in American and French oak barrels. Naturally, gluten free and no additives. 80 Proof/ 40% ABV TASTING NOTES NOSE Dried apricot, baking spices, sweet vanilla.
