Leadership’s Role in a Person-centred Organization

Leadership’s Role in a Person-centred Organization is an online course that is intended for senior leadership and boards of directors. This course explores your role as a leader when it comes to embedding and strengthening person-centred practice in the organization and can be accessed at any time and completed at each person’s individual pace (over the 30-day access period). This course will take approximately 1 hour to complete. This course is eligible for COMPASS funding.
