CHULUCANAS 82%

From our friend Tito in Piura, we have a new origin 'Chulucanas'. From the same fermentery and location as Platanal Bajo, but a broader blend of genetics harvested from a larger variety of smallholder farmers in the area. A beautiful profile, one of the best 82% chocolates we have ever released. Great to try in contrast with our existing 82% gran blanco bar.
