REGION: Granite Belt, Queensland. TASTING NOTES: A dry, crisp, clean Chardonnay, with a fresh palate of tropical white fruits, white peach, green apple and citrus characters. WINEMAKING COMMENTS: Elegant, ripe Chardonnay from our Night Sky vineyard -crushed, pressed and cool fermented in tank with aromatic yeast.
