Why we use a little cane molasses Thunderbrook’s philosophy is to keep nutrition as close to nature as possible. For Daily Bites, a small amount of cane molasses is used with care to gently bind the natural ingredients into a stable, safe bar. We use only pure cane molasses, included at a low level and chosen for its natural origin and consistency. This allows us to create a solid bar without synthetic binders, artificial flavours or unnecessary processing.
