Orostachys is similar to your classic Hens & Chicks, but way Groovier! Orostachys iwarenge, also known as Dunce Caps, are a slowly spreading, succulent ground cover. Tons of offshoots sprout from one main rosette of thick, gray-blue leaves. Orostachys gets its common name from the tall spires of white flowers that form on the central rosette. They're incredibly tolerant to drought conditions and are a wonderful plant. This is one you'll rarely see offered in traditional garden centers!
