Up on Kenya’s volcanic slopes, cold nights and warm days slow everything down, giving the cherries time to get dense, sweet and properly tasty. Then comes the double wash, Kenya’s neat little party trick, polishing up all that sparkling acidity and ripe fruit until the cup basically starts showing off.
