Georgian, George II, Set of Six Scottish Silver Hanoverian Pattern Tablespoons. Initialled to the reverse. The spoons have bottom struck hallmarks for Edinburgh 1733 by Charles Blair. The spoons also feature the mark of the Assay Master, Archibald Ure. In good condition with light surface wear commensurate with age and use. Some distortion and rubbing of the hallmarks, as is often the case with bottom struck marks. Approximate weight of all six spoons is 410 grams or 13.18 troy ounces. Approximate dimensions of one spoon are 19.5 cm length and 4.3 cm bowl width.
