The ridges along the spine provide natural support during precision work, and the friction pattern has been laboratory tested to ensure a safe grip even when cold, wet, or covered in blood. The ambidextrous sheath can be used by both right- and left-handed users. Full Flat grind with secondary bevel in Swedish stainless steel The 108 mm blade is 3.2 mm thick and made of Swedish stainless 14C28N steel. It is hardened and cryogenically treated for high strength and edge retention, with a hardness of 58 HRC.
