Built on a base of high amounts of wheat and oats, the beer has the body needed to support a full hop load. The hop lineup includes Mosaic, Anchovy, and Simcoe from the U.S., along with Waimea and Kohia Nelson from Freestyle New Zealand. The aroma jumps out of the glass without being overdone, allowing you to fully enjoy the layered fruit-forward hop character. We kept the ABV at 6.5%, right in the range we like, without sacrificing any of the hop intensity.
