Snowy Apparition Daylily
Snowy Apparition Daylily 'Snowy Apparition' daylily adds a bit of elegance to your early to mid season garden. Lovely blooms of creamy near white are around 6 1/2" on scapes 30" tall in our East Tennessee garden. Shows up well in the landscape. Petals are very wide and have a creped texture, a pronounced midrib and ruffled edges, and a light yellow throat that deepens to green in the center. Good rebloom and a nice fragrance as well. As an early to mid season daylily, we begin to see the first stunning blooms of Snowy Apparition around the beginning of June. If you live to our north, you'll see it a few weeks after we do. If you live to our south, you'll see it a couple of weeks before us. Good rebloom means these beautiful blooms will make an appearance off and on throughout the season. Snowy Apparition is a dormant daylily. This means it is best grown in gardens that receive a sustained winter cold period—like those in zones 8 and lower.
