Origin 05. Finca El Diviso, Huila. Ethiopian Landrace, transplanted to Colombian soil. Old genetics, before Gesha existed as a name. The Lasso family farm, third generation. Double anaerobic, washed. Roasted light. Berries at the start. Lavender in the middle. Apricot at the finish. The Landrace and the Gesha share a piece of land. Brewed in sequence, they are a conversation about what cultivar does on top of terroir. Tested at an ISO 17025 accredited laboratory for ochratoxin A and aflatoxins. Single farm.
