French Apple Tart

This dessert is a French classic. We start with fresh apples that we peel and core. It is hand but and laid out elegantly over homemade tart crust. We baked it to perfection with lightly browned apples and a crumbly tart shell. As a garnish, we delicately brush on organic lavender honey from Europe.
