When Lisa Yashon at Harmony Ball decided to sell their Harmony Kingdom archives, that was a quick yes from me! This piece comes directly from the manufacturer, and has been checked for damage, arriving in the original box. Peter’s signed and numbered limited edition portrays at least 50% of the population’s favourite snake. The species can be found in all regions of the world, but those in colder areas tend to be much smaller. The interior shows the snake’s greatest nemesis – alcohol. One of the bottles is labelled “Snake Droop”, as too much alcohol is known to turn the snake to jelly. Along the base are two bottle tops marked S.A. and S.H., Peter’s favourite beers from each side of the Atlantic (Samuel Adams and Speckled Hen). A sign reads “Beware the one eyed trouser snake”, as the venom can leave some women with a terrible morning sickness! Inscriptions include its Latin name, “Vulgaris erectus”, and a close relation to the trouser snake, “Siphon the python”.
