Crochet FUNdamentals 2: Granny Squares - Saturdays 1:30 - 3:00, 5/2, 5/9 and 5/16

Flock EweNiversity at Peninsula Flock Knits Crochet FUNdamentals 2 Granny Squares You can make your own classic granny squares, to turn into scarves, blankets and garments. In this class, we will be making the basic granny square. You will be learning the double crochet stitch, read a crochet chart, and learn different methods of sewing up your mass of squares! All students will use at least two contrasting colors of Knitting For Olive Heavy Merino, Malabrigo Rios, or other worsted weight yarn. See below for more information on purchasing yarn for this class. Your Teacher: Mae Skill Level: Intermediate Beginner (must know how to chain, slip stitch & single crochet, and work in the round) Class Times: 1:30 pm - 3:00 pm, Saturdays Dates: 5/2, 5/9 and 5/16 Class Size: 5 students (age 16+) maximum. A minimum of 3 students must register and pay for the session in order for the session to be held. Fee: $112.50 for three 90-minutes classes Yarn: 1 skein of Knitting for Olive Heavy Merino in each color you want to include in your granny squares (i.e., you should purchase at least 2 skeins). Please purchase from Peninsula Flock Knits before the first Class starts. Students can purchase more yarn later from Peninsula Flock Knits if they need it. You can purchase your yarn online from Peninsula Flock Knits or come into our store at least 30 minutes before the first class.
