Terms and Conditions 1.1 Payment Terms Payment for the subscription service is due Net 10 days from the invoice date. 1.2 Shipping and Delivery Responsibility: Shipping costs are the responsibility of the Buyer. F.O.B. Point: All shipments are sent F.O.B. from the Frazy Inc. warehouse in Santa Clara. Lead Time: Orders are delivered weekly and prepared the previous business day. 1.3 Returns and Claims Returns are only accepted for damaged or defective products. Such issues must be reported to Frazy Inc. within 7 days of delivery to be eligible for replacement or credit. 1.4 Pricing Policy All pricing is subject to change without prior notice. However, the price established at the time of order confirmation for a given billing cycle will be honored. 1.5 Restocking Fee: A monthly restocking fee will apply based on the Buyer's location. This fee includes all shipping and handling costs associated with the weekly restocking service. Frequency: restocking may be requested more than once a week. Pricing for additional bottles and more frequent restocking will be at the same per bottle rate indicated by the selected tier.
