Chateau Roubine Hippy Organic Rose

Born in Saint Tropez, Valérie Rousselle experienced the “yéyés” years hippie, bohemian and romantic. As a souvenir, she wanted to pay tribute to this peace & love period and this lifestyle by creating Hippy a vibrant and fruity organic rosé, from south-facing plots of black Grenache, to be enjoyed on all occasions Château Roubine is 100% certified organic and uses biodynamic principles at the 14th century estate. Vineyards were granted Cru Classé status in 1955 and now span 72ha in this rosé-focused enclave between Verdon and the Mediterranean. Chateau Roubine Hippy Organic Rose wine is delicately pale with notes of wild strawberry, white peach, citrus zest and rose petal, underpinned by a fine mineral edge. A silky, dry rosé with vibrant acidity and a savoury finish that lingers. Perfect with grilled sea bass, and Provençal salads.
