The arrangements are by Masahiko Sato. Wonderful tracks here inculdes Horace Silver's "Nica's Dream" which starts with a hip opening and then transitions into a mellow tempo, Suzuki's slow number "Avenue," arranged in a contemporary style, “Greensleeves,” which soundscapes a serene scene through its arrangement of the English folk song, and “Lamento,” a slow samba rendition of a Jobim composition. A work whose enduring popularity is easily understood.
