Stone dishes ver.1 / ver.2 / ver.3

Matan Fadida Collection 112 Stone Dishes began as an act of scavenging. Stones were gathered from local landscaping suppliers in Tāmaki Makaurau and returned to the workshop to be shaped into individually crafted dishes. Developed in the lead up to In The Making, a designer-lead group exhibition. The exhibition called for works that reflected Aotearoa's resourcefulness, craft and cultural character.
